Shipping policy

Our products are made to order and shipping times are currently within 2-7 business days.  97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.  

However, due to Covid-19, our printing partners are experiencing intermittent delays and orders can take longer to ship. We will keep this page up to date with all shipping delays as necessary. The great news is that we are a growing company and we provide free shipping in the United States.

Our goal is to make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time. Once your order is placed, you will receive several emails from us. The Dad Props team understands the importance of keeping you up to date on the status of your order. All emails will provide updates pertaining to product shipped, tracking information, confirmation request of receipt.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holiday, please place your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
